The problem
The church wanted to reuse something meaningful instead of building a new display from scratch. The red Valentine’s booth had the wrong color and message for Father’s Day, but the structure still worked. To give it a second life, the surface needed prep and primer so the new blue finish would look clean on the curved panels.
The repair process
Eddie protected the ground, prepped the booth panels, primed the surface, and repainted the piece in a light blue finish. The repaint made room for the new Father’s Day message in English and Portuguese, keeping the display useful for the church’s Brazilian community event.
The result
The booth moved from one season to the next instead of being discarded. It looked fresh for Father’s Day and kept serving the community with a new message and a cleaner color.
